Rest Time is available from 10-90 sec (in 5 seconds increments). Number of rounds can be set from 1-9 or continuous. You can pause the timer at the touch of a button. Latest professional digital timer, the conventional mechanical switches have been replaced by electronic touch switches for a modern timer clock.
